What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is an experiential leader development process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve organizational goals by creating sustainable leadership development and transformation. It is conducted through one-on-one coaching interactions, driven by data from multiple perspectives and assessments, and based on mutual trust and respect. The organization, an executive, sponsors, and the executive coach work in partnership within the system to achieve maximum impact.

Executive coaching involves an executive or leader of an organization, the coach, the sponsor, and the organizational context. All are key stakeholders in the process.
